The first territory to be developed where synergies between science and business are being created, forming a platform for an industrial start-up community.
The second area to be developed is for build-to-suit buildings. This territory would act as the Back of House (BOH) for the first phase development. Total 17,6 ha.
A third development area will be a continuation of the second phase. Total 29,4 ha.
The first phase of CURONIA comprises 6,000 sqm of creative workspace, featuring easily divisible production, administrative, research and warehousing areas. The campus and its buildings were designed by the Š A Atelier studio, which won the architectural concept competition for the project.

In a later phase, an additional 6,000 sqm will be developed in a second connected building within the CURONIA campus. Spanning a 1.8 hectare site, the campus will ultimately offer more than 12,000 sqm of production, storage, administrative and community spaces tailored to the needs of technology companies.
