Klaipėda FEZ Green Industrial Park

Lithuania’s First Climate-Neutral Industrial Zone

Industry accounts for a major share of Lithuania’s carbon footprint, and the companies of tomorrow will only invest where clean, stable, and affordable energy is guaranteed — that is why Klaipėda FEZ is building the Green Industrial Park, a €21.5 million integrated energy ecosystem co-financed by the EU Modernisation Fund (€13.1 million grant) and launching in late 2026.

The Decarbonisation Centre

Brain and Knowledge Hub of the Green Industrial Park

While the Green Industrial Park delivers the physical infrastructure of climate-neutral industry, the Decarbonisation Centre is where it all comes together — the operational brain of the KFEZ smart microgrid and, at the same time, an open knowledge hub for the entire Western Lithuania region.

The CURONIA project is led by two dedicated members of the Klaipėda FEZ team: Simas Ozolinčius, Head of Real Estate Development, and Tadas Kubilius, Technology and Innovation Project Manager. CURONIA is further supported by the wider Klaipėda FEZ management company team.
